The process of the setup, and production of your artwork and garments, follows the below process.....

Artwork Require good quality (300dpi) bromide/ letterhead or PC Format .jpg / .tif / .bmp / .gif file formats Artwork to be true representative colours or Pantone colour reference

Quote Quote returned. This includes • Setup cost (one off) for digitising the artwork into an embroidery program • Cost per unit (based on stitch count of design) • Any appropriate recommendation (ie sizing)

Quote acceptance & Pre production Once quote accepted, a preproduction sample will be produced • Any alterations advised • Confirmation required before commencing production

Garments to be embroidered • Purchase product from us or provide your own • State position embroidery required on garments

Production Should take 2 to 3 days after confirmation of pre production sample.

Payment Payment is required before garments picked up or dispatched. Payment options we accept are .....
